SpellCheckAsYouType (SCAYT) product allows user to see and correct misspellings while typing. Misspelled words are underlined. User just need to Right-Click marked word and select a suggestion to replace it with.

Installation Process

Free SCAYT with an advertisement banner is available for all CKEditor and FCKeditor users!
SCAYT is an integrated part of CKEditor 3.0+ and FCKeditor 2.6.5+. If you use one of these editors you already have SCAYT - there is no need to download and install it. CKEditor 3.0+ and FCKeditor 2.6.5+ can be downloaded from CKEditor site.
To get rid from advertisement banner you should migrate from hosted free version to Hosted Paid or Licensed version. Please follow migration instructions for Hosted or Licensed version.

Hosted WebSpellChecker Version

$250 annual fee

We charge a $250.00 annual fee for our SCAYT service. 50 simultaneous users are supported by hosted account. If your web resource has more than 50 simultaneous users, licensed version should be chosen.

Licensed WebSpellChecker Version

Single server - $3,500

The base price for a licensed version on a single server is $3,500 the first year, which includes the license to the WebSpellChecker engine, maintenance, upgrades and support. Each additional year is $750 for continued maintenance, support and upgrades, if desired.

Each additional server - $1,500

If the WebSpellChecker engine is installed on more than one server, the price for each additional server is $1,500 for the first year and $250 each additional year if maintenance is required.
